This website does not require an account and does not ask for information unless you submit it.

When you request a Website Growth Audit or contact us, you may provide your name, company name, website address, email address, business type and a description of the issue or goal behind the request.

Why we use that information

We use submitted information to respond to your inquiry, to provide the audit or service communication you requested, and to operate and improve this website.

We do not sell submitted information.

How submissions are delivered

When you submit a Website Growth Audit request, the custom form sends the information to a Noqode server route. That route transmits the submission to HubSpot through its Public Forms API.

HubSpot is used to process, store and manage inquiry records and related follow-up. The submission includes the page address and page title so we can understand where the request began.

Service providers

We use service providers to host and operate this website and to process inquiries. HubSpot processes audit-form information on our behalf so we can manage the inquiry and follow up by email.

Those providers may process information only as needed to deliver their services to Noqode, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Analytics, cookies and marketing technologies

Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels and advertising tracking are not currently configured in this project.

If a genuine HubSpot tracking cookie named hubspotutk is already present in your browser, its identifier may be associated with an audit-form submission. The form does not create or invent that identifier when it is absent.

If analytics or other marketing technologies are added in the future, this policy should be updated to describe what is used and the choices available to you.

How long information is kept

We retain information you submit for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, to carry out the business purpose it was provided for, and to meet record-keeping or legal requirements.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted through this website. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children

This website is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website and our processes change. The current version is always the one published on this page.
